Over every app,
full screen included.
The note window floats above your work and joins every Space, so it is still there when the deck goes full screen.
Keynote is playing full screen. The note sits on top of it.
Floating is on by default. Switch it off in Settings if you’d rather notes behave like ordinary windows.
Where it earns its keep.
Three places a note beats a second window.
Reference while you write
The outline floats over the draft. No split screen, no switching, no losing the thread.
A checklist while you work
Tick the boxes over the app where the work happens. The note stays put, and ⌥⇧H clears the desk when you are done.
Above full screen
Video, slides, and full-screen apps: HushNotes stays on top of all of them.
Many notes,
one window.
Opening a note reuses the same window. Your open notes are its pages: flip between them with a two-finger swipe, ⌘⌥← / →, or the page dots. Prefer a window for every note? Turn One note at a time off.

Asked, answered.
What people ask before the first note goes up.
Yes. Notes join every Space, including full-screen ones, and stay on top. You can switch floating off if you’d rather they didn’t.
No, unless you turn one on. HushNotes lives in the menu bar. ⌥⇧N makes a note, ⌥⇧S opens the Shelf.
As many as you like. By default they share one window as pages; turn that off and each note gets its own.
Six papers, your own themes (paper, ink, typeface and line height), and opacity from 10% to 100% per window. Only the paper fades; the text stays solid.
⌥⇧H hides every note at once, and brings them back exactly where they were. Hiding also locks your locked notes again.
